Operational monitoring

To analyse the circulating water, a sample is taken at a sampling point in the system, near the boiler. Sampling and testing are prescribed, for example, by Bosch Industriekessel in accordance with manufacturer guideline B004 on water quality, with weekly checks. The sample should be taken during normal operation of the system and cooled down to 25 °C. To this end, we recommend integrating the sampling point into the system’s return line and to use a water sample cooler.
