Installation conditions
Installation conditions such as installation height, frost protection measures, proximity to the coast, structural conditions and/or electrical supply have an impact on the design of the hot water boiler system.
The installation height above the ambient pressure and air density therefore influences the design of the combustion air fan. At very high installation heights > 1,000 m, aspects such as reduced motor cooling in pumps must also be taken into account.
Due to the salty air, which promotes corrosion, installation near the coast has an impact on the materials used in the burner and chimney, for example.
The electrical supply (voltage and frequency) must be taken into account for control cabinets and motors (e.g. for fans, pumps and valves).
